Refund & Cancellation Policy

In case you want to issue a refund, drop us an email within 4 days of receiving the order at help@techforgood.charity with the images of the product and the reason for issuing the refund. We will look into it and have the product replaced within 15 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service and the details for the same to be shared with us at help@techforgood.charity. We will be unable to issue a replacement without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Cancellation

Please mail us at help@techforgood.charity for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed by our shipping partner i.e. until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it.

In the event that you have entered an incomplete pin code or an incomplete contact number, please drop us an email at help@techforgood.charity We will help you out!
