Sukhdeep works full time as the Chief Executive Officer of Tech For Good. Ms Sukhdeep Kaur is a compassionate leader with demonstrated experience in the development sector, Human Resources and managing large operations. She has worked as General Manager and Camps Director with one of the finest education institutions in Australia and led the organisation to win 2013 ACPET Australian Student of the year, 2011 WA Landscape Industry Student of the year and 2010/2012/2015 Finalist International Training provider of the year from the Western Australian Department of Education and Training. It is her passion for the development sector that in 2020, she co-chaired Girls X Tech and assisted more than 9000 girl’s complete technology awareness training. She holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, MBA with a major in Human Resource Management and Graduate certificate in Development Studies from Melbourne University. She is currently serving as the Director for Tech for Good Ltd. a not-for-profit charity registered with Australian Charities and Not-for-Profit commission.

Harmeet works full time as Chief Operations Officer at Tech For Good. Ms Harmeet kaur is a compassionate leader with a vision to drive change for the greater good especially for women in the education sector. Harmeet holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Chandigarh University and has worked in various architectural and interior design projects. Before joining Girls x Tech, she worked as a Market Analyst freelancer to analyse the needs of startups in india. She has been working towards uplifting and empowering women as she deeply believes that girls can be the leaders of tomorrow. In her role at Tech For Good’s initiative Girls x Tech, Harmeet has been instrumental in connecting girls with tech-education programs and hosting tech-training workshops in design and coding for 9000+ girls. For her tremendous efforts of empowering 8000+ women to design with Canva, she was appointed as the first Indian Ambassador – Canva Certified Creative at Canva in early 2020. Under her leadership, she has been able to sign up 60+ community partnerships such as Teach For India, SEWA Bharat, Teach For Bangladesh, The Nudge Foundation, Global Shapers Dubai and much more. She ensures appropriate management and execution of the organisation’s operations in order to achieve its key objectives and goals.

Tech For Good was founded by Param Singh to enable and empower young women from disadvantaged financial and social backgrounds to pursue education and employment in the technology industry. Param launched a similar initiative in India in 2019 called Girls x Tech, which has seen incredible success having delivered computer coding and design courses to more than 9,000 young women across 22 states of India. Born in India, Param is a strong advocate of social startups and won many awards including Australia-India Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2013, Global Alumni of Australia in 2016, Australians making a difference in India in 2018 by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Distinguished alumnus of Central Queensland University in 2014. His first start-up won six (6) state and national awards and was acquired by an Australian public listed company in 2014-15. His startup MoooFarm (Global innovator at the World Economic Forum) is helping over 23000 farmers and won the most innovative idea of the year at TieCon 2018, won the global InsureTech challenge from the World Bank Group in 2019 and more recently in 2020 MoooFarm won Startup India & Ministry of Animal Husbandry Grand Challenge for e-advisory services to farmers. During CoVid19 lockdown in India, Param partnered with Canva Force for Good initiative and trained over 8500 young girls in digital skills. Param is a recipient of a prestigious scholarship from Stanford University in Social Entrepreneurship, “Prominent Personalities” lifetime award from the Hon. Chief Minister of Government of Punjab, India (2019) and Meaningful Business 100 global leaders award (2020) for combining profit with purpose to help achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
